This 2-day course covers the legislative requirements of AMC1 ORO.CC.125(c) & AMC1 ORO.FC.220(c) – aircraft type specific training and operator conversion training.
Aim
For instructors to have the knowledge and skills to deliver training on a specific aircraft type. Operator conversion training is included subject to appropriate information provided by the operator. (A course preparation fee may be added in order to tailor the course to your Operator’s procedures and Part D.)
Course Objectives
By the end of the course you will be able to:
Know and deliver theoretical information on aircraft specific type in accordance with the legislative requirements and Operator’s Part D
Brief the health and safety requirements for practical training
Ensure that training records and practical training documentation are correctly compiled and completed
Prepare and conduct effective practical training exercises on specific aircraft type (doors, exits, slides, evacuation exercise)
Able to use practical training equipment effectively
Able to assess the competence of flight crew and cabin crew following a practical activity
